We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, friendly Customer Support Advisor to join our team. Your role will be to provide outstanding customer service helping your clients and colleagues resolve issues in a timely manner and to a high standard. As the first point of contact you will be client focussed with bags of initiative and an ability to judge when an issue needs to be escalated.
Skills and experience
This is an ideal role if you are looking to extend your customer service experience in a web and marketing environment where commitment to quality of service is key. If you are eager to learn new skills, are able to adapt to new processes and can demonstrate:
- A polite, calm and confident communication style
- The ability to deal with customer queries by phone and email
- Excellent IT skills
- The initiative to transfer IT skills to new software environments
- A keen interest in online environments, social media and marketing tools
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and an eye for detail
- Experience of working in a customer service environment is essential
- Experience of using content management systems advantageous
What you will be doing
- Answering inbound calls and queries from existing and potential customers
- Responding to queries via email
- Resolving problems of various degrees of complexity, some involving liaison with your colleagues
- Developing strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Adding content to new and existing websites
- Creating email marketing campaigns
- Using project management tools to record time and activity
- Supporting account managers
- Undertaking administrative and in-house marketing activities
Working hours
37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.30
Holiday – 28 days (inc bank holidays)

£18,000
