Coventry & Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership

Coventry & Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership is one of the most active and inclusive organisations of its type in the country, so we were delighted to be selected to create a large web portal that reflects their activities and ambitions.

The brief was to provide a website that would be easy to maintain, would provide key information and news about the LEP itself, promote Coventry & Warwickshire's inward investment proposition, and also seek to provide advice and resources to local businesses.

The LEP is, by its nature, a fast moving and constantly evolving environment with a lot of stakeholders and involvement in many different areas of business, so we worked with a steering group to establish a navigation structure that is logical, flexible and often dynamically created using information from the CMS database.

CWLEP.com was the first website to go live using CMS v3 and uses new CMS features like content tagging and advanced categorisation to not only provide the information that visitors are looking for, but also lots of closely-related supporting content, encouraging people to spend longer on the website and come back regularly.

We're going to be working with CW LEP for the next few years, providing Analytics reporting and SEO, email marketing, and media production, and we're really looking forward to watching the site grow as the focus groups get stuck in with generating content.
