Noisegate Media are currently developing a new website for the Coventry and Warwicshire Local Enterprise Partnership and we'd like to invite you to take an active role in helping us make it a "go to resource" for businesses in Coventry and Warwickshire. We're really trying to address the issue of how an online resource can best help local startups and growing businesses and fully acknowledge the inherent challenge in doing this "virtually" rather than "face to face"...

In my experience the main barriers to growth are laziness and complacency. People are just not prepared to listen to new ideas or to let a fresh pair of eyes take a look at their business. "We have always done it this way and it's too much hassle to change". "I just want the least amount of disruption". We do not take cold calls, send us an e-mail". If we are interested we'll get back to you". These are typical comments that I hear on a daily basis. Sad but true.
