Liz has a post graduate qualification in Information Management which encompasses information design and community access to information. Her background as an academic librarian also means she has experience of ensuring that information is accessible to all user groups. In addition to Accessibility Liz also specialises in Search Engine Optimisation and Website Promotion.

Matt has a background in audio production for broadcast media - predominantly for BBC Television and Radio.  As a web professional he has a strong interest in the business value of accessibility and standards compliance. Having taught media production at degree level he is also well placed to identify training needs enabling your organisation to make the most of their communication systems.

Ben has a background of 5 years in IT project management and training provision at a major UK bank. His responsiblities included analysing the requirements of business units, ensuring delivery of new systems and processes, and then writing training packs and authoring presentations to provide carefully targetted training to staff ranging from end users to senior managers. He also has considerable experience of audio production both in the studio and on location, with a flexible approach that ensures top quality results in any environment.

Steve has a Masters in Computer Security from Birmingham University during which he gained knowledge of MySQL, Access, PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java, Javascript and many other web technologies. Before joining Noisegate he worked at a government run research laboratory maintaining the computer systems being used by research scientists working with data collected at CERN.
